CNC Turning & CNC Milling

These vary from turning complex parts both large and small using the latest in multi-axis machine tools.

Large and small quantities can easily be supplied along with secondary operations like milling and drilling while the parts are on the machine using Full ‘C’ and ‘Y’ Axis driven tooling capabilities. This makes component part manufacture very efficient allowing us to offer competitive prices.

As with turning we offer all forms of milling from conventional manual milling to high speed multi axis CNC Milling. Components using 4 and 5 axis machines are regularly supplied in various types of material and size.

Many varied industries are served which not only require machining from raw stock material but also cast and extruded parts.

Wire Rope Assemblies

Able Components manufactures high quality wire rope assemblies for a wide variety of applications.  Our standard production encompasses wire rope slings and assemblies from 0.5mm through to 32mm diameter, in galvanised, stainless steel and plastic covered wire rope. Including the equipment to produce bespoke solutions to your specific requirements. Whilst we produce assemblies to order, we also have standard ranges readily available from stock.
